Positive: Tout est agréable, l'appartement est cosy. La literie est confortable, la douche est chaude avec une bonne pression, un petit cadeau de bienvenue, très sympa. Negative: Pour les personnes avec de grosses valises il faut savoir qu'il y a un escalier assez étroit ( pas de problème pour nous).

Muy buena calidad/precio Positive: Localización muy buena. Han sido muy amables y resolutivos. Negative: Todo bien.

Gorgeous place to stay Positive: Gorgeous apartment. Exceptionally clean. Has everything you need. We stayed for a week at the end of October and needed to extend our stay for another week so ended up staying here for two weeks in total. It is in close proximity to shops, the tram and other amenities. Santa Cruz is also only a short journey away for a more lively area with shops and restaurants. It also has a lovely open air balcony that is very spacious. We were very happy with our stay here. There is some renovation work currently happening on the ground floor but this caused us no disturbances or issues. In fact the people doing the work are very nice and friendly.

place under construction, should not be for rent. skip it. Positive: Nothing. It was a more like a scam. Could not enter, place under construction. Owner unavailable, a watse of time. Negative: Should finish the construction work before renting. Owner irresponsible, difficulties to get in touch, awful experience, a waste of money and time.
